Kev, the owner is a real expert in Electric Gates, with 20 years experience.
We had a gates fitted by a rubbish outfit from the Midlands. Everything went wrong with them, they flexed badly in the wind, cracked,the control panel kept getting out of sync, one door stopped working and had to be opened manually, and the required safety interlocks were not fitted. KC,s "A Team" fitted new Iroko Gates. They look great, they work perfectly and they are fully safety compliant.
The team the fitted them were excellent, polite, proficient , and very tidy. I totally recommend KC automation

I got three quotes before deciding to go with KC Automation and I'm really glad I did. From the first contact the service and professionalism has been excellent. You were clear, knowledgeable and assessed my needs accurately.
Josh and Mike, who carried out the work were brilliant. They were very respectful of my property, efficient, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have at my home. They asked me what I wanted, made recommendations and constantly updated me on what they were doing and more importantly why they were doing certain things. When they finished I had a professional handover, demonstrations and they were clearly focused on making sure I was completely satisfied.
It's all too common for people to write in when they have a complaint, and it's rare to want to write in to state ones complete satisfaction at having expectations exceeded. I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your guys to anyone interested.
