Kevin - this is just a communication as follow up to your visit of earlier this week. In this current era of austerity, customer service from suppliers and contractors seems to be, generally, a thing of the past. However, with yourself, I was delighted, having reported, on your voicemail, a fault with the electronic controls to my gates and garage door, that you a] returned my call within 90 minutes, and b] made the promised visit, resolving the problems before by the morning end. From the outset of my original enquiry to yourself last year, you have proven to be reliable and punctual with appointments, and I would have no hesitation in recommending KC Automation to anyone considering relevant installations.

Our company originally had electric gates installed by one of the larger automation company’s a number of years ago and after suffering from regular reliability issues we contacted KC Automation. Kev redesigned the layout of our gateway and replaced our automation equipment in 2010 and we have had no further problems. We have never had a bad experience with K C Automation. They do exactly what they set out to do with minimal fuss, great service and workmanship!

We have used KC Automation a for gate and garage door installation and servicing for a number of years. Kev is professional, extremely knowledgeable and always on the end of the phone should problems occur. I would not trust our electric gates to any other company now and would highly recommend them.

The electronic gate installation at my property was originally completed some 14 years ago by the organisation Kevin Crawley worked with at the time. This installation was excellent. Since then I have relocated the gates again with Kevin’s help, and have also called upon Kevin a number of times, sometimes urgently, to assist with any maintenance or problems I have encountered. That said, over the 14 years the original installation has proved excellent with no major problems being the fault of the equipment or installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending KC Automation to anyone considering a new installation or the maintenance of an existing one.
