Friday morning and my gates would not open, problem. Fri PM Kevin arrived problem solved! It does not get much better than that! Kevin installed my gates 15 plus years ago and has always given me excellent service.

We used KC Automation to automate an existing set of very heavy iron gates on our driveway. The job was so challenging that KC Automation were the only company we approached who would consider using the old gates rather than supplying modern replacements. The outcome has been brilliant. I have always received the most efficient service from Kevin Crawley and his team at KC Automation Limited. However one recent incident stands out. A break in lead to the loss of a remote control to our gate. Not only did we need a replacement, but we wanted the gates re-programmed to prevent unauthorized use. Within an hour of emailing KC Automation Limited, I had been reassured that the matter would be addressed within 48 hours, and so it was. In fact had he not been beaten by the weather (snow storms), I have no doubt that Kevin would have been with us in less than 24 hours.
