We used KC Automation recently to fit our gates at home - we found the service to be very friendly, from initial site survey right through to the installation. The quality is fantastic and we were given a great choice of product and excellent advice to help us make a decision. The installation team were great and helped to explain the benefits of the system we had choosen and indeed how we were going to use it.
They also look after our gates at our hotel in Stamford and are very prompt in responding to any problem or query we have.
We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for your fantastic aftercare service on your already fabulous gate installation!
Whilst we were already delighted with the gate system you configured for us and the way this was implemented by your staff, we have been truly astounded by your aftercare.
We are one of those families who seem to be dogged with bad luck when it comes to buying stuff; especially electrically based; which although bought to enhance our lives often doesn’t! Basically, if something can go wrong, it will with us!
Whilst only minor niggles, when reported your action to resolve the fault has been brilliant, prompt and efficient .The matter being dealt without quibble, has been nothing short of astounding in my opinion, giving total satisfaction and I will give my absolute recommendation to anyone who is considering Automatic Gates to use your services!

What a fabulous service! Very professional quotation service then the two guys that came to do the installation were two of the most conscientious workers I've ever dealt with. I'm very happy with the gate too. Very nice hardwood gate with push button, remote and mobile phone access. I couldn't recommend KC Automation any more highly.
