Electric Gate Maintenance & Repairs
With over 20 years experience in the electric gate automation industry, KC Automation Ltd is able to maintain or repair all types of automated gates in both the residential and commercial market.
Ensuring that your gates are serviced regularly will undoubtedly prolong the life of your automatic gateway.
We have learnt through experience that a considerable amount of electric gate repairs would be avoided if a service/maintenance plan were in place. These plans start from as little as £115.00 plus VAT.
Our service cost will cover all labour and consumables for the service element of the visit, but exclude any replacement parts that may be required.
The maintenance work is undertaken at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time and will include:
- Lubricate all motor parts and gate hinges
- Clean all safety equipment including photocells
- Check all hardware, nuts, fixings, welding etc
- Check and adjust any system settings where applicable
- Clean all accessories, keypads, intercoms, locks etc
- Clean and lubricate manual release mechanisms
- Carry out an operation and safety check of the gateway and advise
Domestic silver service plan
With our silver service plan a fully qualified gate engineer will carry out a full gateway service once a year as detailed above. Prices start from £115 plus VAT.
This will also entitle you to a priority response should you have any problems with the gateway for 12 months following the service at a reduced rate of;- No call out charge and £48.50 plus Vat per hour for travel one way only and attendance – This excludes any parts that may be required.
Domestic gold service plan
With our silver service plan a fully qualified gate engineer will carry out a full gateway service twice a year as detailed above. Prices start from £230 plus VAT.
This will also entitle you to a priority response should you have any problems with the gateway for 12 months following the service at a reduced rate of;- No call out charge and £48.50 plus Vat per hour for travel one way only and attendance – This excludes any parts that may be required.
